Voyages Paradis

The terms and conditions below are a contract between VOYAGES PARADIS and the client. When VOYAGES PARADIS is named in the text below, agents and sales representatives are included. When the reservation is made, the buyer and the person who is traveling must respect the terms enumerated below.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

At the moment of reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required:

75$ prices up to 500$;
150$ prices from 501$ to 1000$;
250$ prices from 1001$ to 2000;
350$ prices from 2001$ to 3000$;
450$ prices from 3001$ to 4000;
500$ è prices from 4001$ and more.

The final payment is required 55 days prior to departure. Travelers who reserve 55 days and less before departure must pay the entire amount. For some destinations, full payment may be due at least 56 days before departure.

CANCELLATION FEES

If you are forced to cancel your reservation, the charges below are effective (including political unrest, terrorism, natural disasters, or personal reasons, etc)…

56 days and more: deposit amount
Less than 55 days before departure and during the trip: 100% of the amount

Unless otherwise indicated on the invoice.

BAGGAGES ALLOWANCE

Motorcoach Travel: baggage must be limited to one suitcase per person plus one bag, if necessary, which will be under the traveler is supervision. Airline Travel: baggage is limited to the conditions of each airline; generally, with Air Transat, the maximum weight is 20kg per person; with Air Canada the maximum is 23kg per person. Baggage is the responsibility of the traveler. VOYAGES PARADIS declines responsibility for any loss, theft or other damage caused to the luggage or other personal effects during travel.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Personal expenses such as: Meals (unless otherwise indicated), drinks and food, phone calls, or services not included in the itinerary, excursions not included in the itinerary. Departure taxes, passport fees, and gratuities are not included in the final cost of the trip.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Visas and passports are required in most countries.

RESPONSABILITIES

VOYAGES PARADIS reserves the right, in most cases, to change an itinerary, cancel a trip and also refuse a traveler. VOYAGES PARADIS is only an intermediary when selling air transportation and hotels. As a result, VOYAGES PARADIS declines any responsibility in relations to the services rendered by the hotels and transportation companies. VOYAGES PARADIS assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, fees or expenses due to physical or mental illness, accidents, death, delay or irregularities caused by transportation damages, companies or person in charge during the trip. VOYAGES PARADIS cannot be held responsible for mistakes, omissions or negligence of the staff and owner of hotels or motels and other employees. VOYAGES PARADIS accepts no responsibility for damages or injury, either mental or physical, for loss or additional fees caused by a delay or airplane changes, missed corresponding flights, or other services, illness, weather, lockouts, strikes or other problems.

CANCELLATION BY VOYAGES PARADIS

VOYAGES PARADIS will refund the deposit given by the client as final settlement. VOYAGES PARADIS reserves have the right to change the itinerary for major reasons or for client comfort.

PRICE

All prices in the itinerary are in Canadian dollars, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice according to law and regulations. If a change is indicated due to the Canadian dollar devaluation, oil (petroleum) increase cost, increased taxes or other factors out of the control of VOYAGES PARADIS, the travel agency reserves the right to increase or reduce the cost.

ADDITIONNAL TERMS IN AIR TRANSPORTATION

Carrier: any company, IATA member. Every traveler must follow the rules of the carrier.

TIMETABLE

Flights and departure times can change without notice. VOYAGES PARADIS assumes no responsibility for any delays at departure or upon arrival, neither for cancellations nor itinerary modifications.

INSURANCE

Before leaving, it is recommended to get travel insurance: cancellation, accident, baggage and hospital/medical. Consult your travel agent.
